JOB DESCRIPTION
The Asset Site Manager is accountable to the CALHN Manager, Facility Services for providing practical and innovative facility planning and operational management of the built assets at a particular site.
The Asset Site Manager will manage the business relationships between the CALHN and the AGFMA service provider at that location and CALHN and Project Co at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. The Asset Site Manager will be responsible for the provision of high level asset and operational building maintenance services to CALHN.
