JOB DESCRIPTION

Programmed Industrial Maintenance is currently seeking an Alcoa - Risk Assessment Engineer to join our team at Alcoa Kwinana.

Successful applicants will have previous mine site or refinery experience, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety

Skills, Experience and Attributes

the ideal candidate will possess the following;

  • Identification of major Refinery process or Production risks
  • Experienced in the Mining and Refinery sector
  • Experience in Insurance Risk Audits in Refineries
  • Strong abilities to perform extensive analysis into systems and processes to identify and evaluate risk controls and shortcomings
  • Assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies

  • HAZOP
  • Risk Assessment Tools
  • LOPA
  • Bo-Tie diagrams
  • CAD packages
  • MHMS (Major Hazard Management Software)
