We’re seeking a creative, analytical and strategic SEM Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will use creative strategies across various search engines marketing platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Note: Our office is currently working from home. However as social distancing restrictions ease, we expect this role to transition into the office 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns within the Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
- Analysing, reporting, and optimising search engine marketing campaigns.
- Identifying and analysing trends to expand and improve existing Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Creation and presentation of monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience managing search engine marketing campaigns.
- Extensive experience with Google Ads Manager and Microsoft Ads (Bing) Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of using data driven marketing to drive decision making and achieve KPI’s.
- A test and learn approach, with proven success using optimisation tactics.
- Ability to understand, organise & visualise data to tell a story.
Bonus if you have:
- Marketing or Communications degree
- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
- Experience organising and visualising data with Google Data Studio
