Our Client, a fast-growing managed service provider recognised for their professionalism & service excellence with customers ranging from sole-operators to large organisations across all industries is now seeking passionate Level 2 Support Engineers to join their dynamic team.

The Role.

You will join our Client’s dynamic IT Support team primarily working out of the main office and will occasionally be required to work on client sites. As a result, this role requires you to have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.

Some of your responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Configure, support & provide administration service in the areas of hardware, software & networking;
• Assist with projects (new deployments, migrations and upgrades);
• Assist in maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions;
• Providing on-site & remote IT & Communications support to clients.

About you.

You will ideally be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, initiative and troubleshooting skills. As this is a dynamic role, you will ideally have strong organisational & time management skills to be able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision.

• Minimum 3 years industry experience as a Support Engineer
• Experience supporting MS Windows Desktops
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 solutions
• Experience supporting common AV and security products

It will be advantageous if you've had experience configuring & administering:

• Microsoft Servers
• Common SME routers & firewalls
• Cisco switches & routers
• Common antivirus and anti-malware solutions
• StorageCraft ShadowProtect
• Veeam
• Citrix

(Even better if you did all this in an MSP environment!)
