Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Health Planner/ Health Architect, well count on you to
Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and Organizationifications
Perform assignments with specific objectives, requiring investigation of a limited set of variables
Follow instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features and possible solutions
Perform architectural assignments with direction, but without immediate supervision and with limited design responsibility
Recommend and select procedures
Write reports and specification covering architectural matters
Take responsibility for phases of individual revenue-producing projects as needed
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
5+ years’ experience, with relevant health planning experience within the Health Sector, including running or supporting user groups
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Architecture
Registered Architect
Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
Knowledge of D’Rofus, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio Max but not required.
