The Position

This is a Business Development Manager position covering Brisbane Metro - Gold Coast that will be focused on developing new business and managing a portfolio of existing accounts. There will be a portfolio of clients handed over and available to work but the emphasis will be to expand the client base. Although this is a Brisbane based territory role, there are opportunities to bring onboard new clients all over Australia as this business offers their machinery out for Dry Hire to clients in all areas of the country and even overseas if required.

Responsibilities Will Include The Following
  • Presenting the range of plant hire to new and existing clients
  • Site visits and presentations
  • Developing strong relationships with your developers, civil contractors, councils and commercial clients
  • Ensuring repeat business and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide pricing and quotations for new and existing clients

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will come from a construction sales background selling any form of equipment for hire or sale.

Requirements Included Below
  • B2B sales background - Construction sales or hire
  • Construction equipment hire experience will be highly regarded
  • An established network of connections would be beneficial
  • Located in Brisbane south or the Gold Coast is ideal but if you are on the north and happy to travel then feel free to apply
  • Building materials experience or any similar industry experience would also be encouraged to apply
