With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for both Site Supervisors and Site Managers to manage site operations across a range of projects. With a focus on safety and quality, you will manage site operations in line with programme and cost parameters. Working with passionate teams, you will be a key part of delivering high quality buildings and fitouts to customers, and contribute to the success and growth of Kapitol Group.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets
• Ensure trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations
• Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and instil a safety culture on site
• Use our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations
• Undertake regular Health and Safety reviews
• Run daily pre-start meetings
• Identify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issues
• Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site
• Coach and mentor graduates and junior team members on site.

What you’ll bring:

• A passion for the construction industry and a focus on safety
• Experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
• An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies
• Illustrated record of safe and high-quality delivery of construction projects
• Experience across a range of project types and industries, including both new build and fitout projects (desirable)
• Ability to manage and influence construction teams, subcontractors and consultants
• Experience with Hammertech or similar safety systems (desirable)
• Collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
