Milray Park is a Sydney-based tech meets eCommerce start-up that gives Australians access to affordable interior design online for one simple flat-fee $299 price.

Whether looking to pull together the look for a space with just a few finishing touches, or a full-on transformation, Milray Park eDecorating platform provides an online tailor-made interior design service that works.

Milray Park is growing at a fast pace and we're now on the hunt for a truly remarkable eCommerce / Customer Experience Executive.

What you'll do!

Own Milray Park post interior design service experience which includes:

Customer Happiness:

  • Ensure Milray Park Customer post-design experience runs smoothly - from the moment their designers published their final design package to the moment they are happily settled in their new space;
  • Manage customers' design implementation
  • Assist customers in their day to day queries via email, phone, and social media and ensure they feel supported throughout their entire design journey;

Ecommerce Management:

  • Manage Milray Park eCommerce platform;
  • Upload/update products on Milray Park eCommerce platform;
  • Create customers' shopping lists;
  • Fulfill customers' orders and coordinate deliveries, exchanges, and refunds;

Supplier Management:

  • Nurture and strengthen the relationship between Milray Park and its existing suppliers;
  • Build strong relationships with new suppliers;
  • Ensure Milray Park customers get the best products possible and the highest level of service from our suppliers;

General:

  • Report insights, pain points and make strategic recommendations to improve Milray Park online interior design service experience.

What you'll bring with you!

  • 1 to 2 years experience in a customer-facing position;
  • Extremely well organised, you have the eyes of an eagle and know that the 'devil’s in the detail'. You're also a master at keeping on top of your priorities and can display effective judgment.
  • A positive can-do attitude that means that you remain calm, professional, and friendly in any situation;
  • Excellent communication skills - you're an expert in English grammar and can also handle engaging with stakeholders with professionalism and friendliness over the phone.
  • Always thinking about ways to improve things, you're a real problem solver;
  • A quick learner, you're willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment and take on more responsibilities as the company grows;
  • Flexible, adaptable, and reliable, you're someone that can be trusted;
  • Ability to confidently use Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Docs
  • PLUS: knowledge of Shopify; experience in interior design.*
