This company is on the lookout for a Junior Mechatronics Engineer to join the team, with a ton of opportunity to progress and apply your trade in developing a unique product range. Reporting into the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the following;

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing your practical experience gained in the workshop or during commissioning into new designs
• Designing new schematics and architectures according to the latest technology
• Being able to work in tandem on a project but also be able manage it independently
• Being able to stick to project time-lines and deliver on schedule
• Being able to present new design to the project team and providing your facts around why you have come up with the design
• Being able to travel on site for new product commissioning, for product support, troubleshooting and any maintenance requirements

• Must have experience with PLC programming and Electrical System Design (ideally 3 years experience)
• SolidWorks experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience with CANOpen based networking or similar (ideally 2 years experience)
• Must be able to understand and read schematic electrical
• Must have used AutoCAD or some similar software for drafting purposes
• Experience in Codesys V2.3 and V3.5 would be a huge bonus
