An excellent opportunity exists to join Hardman Bros. Pty Ltd a privately owned, family-run business in Dingley Village, Vic.

We manufacture products used by the Mining, Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence, Medical and Scientific sectors servicing local and overseas markets.

• Attention to detail and strict quality control are essential elements for this job profile.

• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition

Your daily duties include but are not limited to:

• Gear cutting experience should include Hobbing, Gear Shaping, Worm Milling, Worm wheel cutting & Gear Grinding.
• Mechanical Fitter to set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment

• Fitter and assemble metal parts, tools or sub-assemblies parts.

• Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; follow manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; call for repairs, and complete the daily check sheets.

• Use a computer mouse to access and open/close computer documents.

This position is a permanent full time, Monday to Friday. Remuneration to be negotiated on skills and experience.

Part-time hours: 38 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
