Role: Business Solutions Architect (Informatics SME) - Role until 30 June 2021

Position Summary: 

The role provides the crucial knowledge and expertise of Informatics and Data Quality (I&DQ) capabilities and functions delivered in the Salesforce (CRM) system, to ensure the system (and related tools) delivers the needs of this team
Operate as a lead of I&DQ functional area and be a part of the overall DIME working group responsible for ensuring cohesion across all functions of DIME.
Maintain and enhance critical technical functionality delivered in CRM (including bulk uploader, Smartforms or similar technologies)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition of I&DQ processes, workflows and underlying policies (and as needed in the context of the overall DIME responsibilities), supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the context in which the rules, processes, workflows and policies are applied. This in the context of how CRM currently does or
  • should operate in the future through new/revised requirements.
  • Accurately represent I&DQ's needs to the CRM team in BTIM, and be the interface between I&DQ and BTIM
  • Source and validate new requirements and deliverables that describe I&DQ's capabilities and functions which the CRM will need to produce
  • Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios, and may also validate executed test results during future releases of enhancements of bug fixes in CRM
  • Provide input into and/or create and execute user documentation and training material
  • Perform testing of the outputs of the CRM enhancements and bug fixes (user acceptance testing), using and evaluating it for accuracy and usability, providing feedback to the CRM project/ program team
  • Guide other stakeholders on the CRM to ensure the outputs and content (in training material etc.) is accurate
  • Consult with broader I&DQ team members or broader DIME team to obtain and provide approval for changes to rules, processes and policies
  • Update all SOPs and related material as required based on the Salesforce system
  • Ensure adherence to Department al methodologies and processes including the BTIM processes (like change and release management), and legislative requirements are delivered in the related functions of the system
