This role is responsible for
Assisting the Transport and Development Landscape Team with planning processes, nature-strip modification applications, maintaining systems to track the landscape process, produce financial documentation and track payments and provide general assistance and support.
To support the Transport and Development Engineering Technical Officer with works consent applications, legal point of discharge enquiries, heavy vehicle access requests, traffic management plan approvals, general transport and drainage enquiries and other general assistance and support.
To provide a high level of customer service and liaise with staff at all levels whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity and advice.
To be successful in this role you will have a customer service focus, with experience in an administrative or technical role and an interest or training in landscaping or horticulture.
The successful applicant will be required to obtain an employee Working with Children Check prior to commencement. (This is now mandatory for ALL employees joining Council to meet Child Safe Standards of our Organisation)
