Roles:

  • Manage the build from start to finish
  • Project has basement and high end architectural elements
  • Oversee all sub-contractors
  • Manage the quality of finishes
  • Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Ideal background

  • Experience with site managing high end homes, apartments, commercial projects
  • Experience in architecturally designed homes and apartments 
  • Exposure to basements
