JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the role

Hours of work

This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday roster, working 38 hours a week.

Accountabilities

  • Ability to perform general office and administrative duties (scanning, filling of records and general information) in a maintenance environment including data entry
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new maintenance employees
  • Maintain and manage maintenance training records, SWP's, toolbox talk's and distribution of documents
  • Maintain the filing system for, licences, registrations and safety compliance records
  • Ensuring all OHS site requirements are kept up to date
  • Manage PPE issuing and records
  • Manage contractor inductions
  • Review WO's and stock in Maximo
  • General office house keeping

Skills required

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in assisting and running trainings and inductions preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive friendly demeanour, and with an excellent phone manner
  • Good levels of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to provide support to numerous stakeholders while working largely autonomously
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work
