Apply your talent where it counts as a Reliability Engineering Analyst in our BAE Systems Maritime Australia team on the Hunter Class Frigate Program. This key permanent and full time position can be situated in either Adelaide or Melbourne. Despite COVID-19, we have a strong pipeline of job opportunities and we are still hiring. About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Reliability Engineering Analyst to demonstrate their expertise and collaborate with the Logistics Supportability Engineering team on the Hunter Class Frigate Program. This rewarding position will be report to the Reliability Team Lead and will be offered on a permanent and full time basis. This opportunity will see you: * Collate, review and validate the Availability, Reliability and Maintainability (ARM) source data provided by suppliers to the program * Perform the Integrated, Availability, Reliability, Maintainability and Testability (IARMT) analysis and modelling for mission and support systems * Review outputs from logistic support engineering analysis activities including Failure Mode Effects and Critical Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Provisioning * Liaise with and provide Availability, Reliability and Maintainability (ARM) technical guidance to program technical teams * Support and develop ARM case reports * Draw conclusions and propose recommendations to improve equipment/system reliability and supportability through your analysis and available evidence * Collaborate effectively with suppliers, contractors and program stakeholder groups on the management of reliability engineering activities About you As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have: * Reliability engineering analysis experience or logistics supportability engineering experience (ILS) Relevant technical/engineering experience will also be considered * Strong computer and data manipulation skills, the ability to analyse technical data and provide sound recommendations * Good communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work effectively autonomously and in a large team environment Whilst not essential, Defence industry experience or experience in the operation or maintenance of technical systems/equipment will be highly regarded.
