Your new company

This leading boutique developer has an immediate requirement for an experienced finishes foreman to join a high-end residential development in the inner-west.

Your new role

This position will see you working on 190 units, reporting into the site manager and working alongside an excellent site team.

You will be responsible for external facade works and internal finishes. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong programming knowledge, excellent computer skills and obviously excellent WHS knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will have experience on hebel facade and internal finishes. You will have extensive experience supervising multiple trades that come with a project of this size.

You will have an excellent eye for detail, be computer literate and having excellent communication skills will be essential.
