About this role:

Brunel have recently partnered with one of Australia’s leading EPCM delivery Service Partners to successfully recruit and place a suitably qualified Civil Senior Project Engineer to support our Clients effective and professional Site based team on a 14/7 roster until the End of August 2021, flying out of Perth, Western Australia.

The Project requires a site team to be established to deliver the project primarily consisting of bulk earthworks and plant construction contracts.

  • Manage project and site activities, including management of subcontractors, plant and materials, job cost forecasting, quality control, project reports and documentation.
  • Manage engineering tasks to achieve project budget, quality and objectives safely.
  • Monitor productivity, programme, plan and manage the delivery of works.
  • Client interface and engagement for work packages, including scheduling and project management.

What you need to bring:

  • Civil Engineering Degree
  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to achieve high quality outputs and deliver excellent service
  • Previous experience in bulk earthworks projects within the mining industry
  • Experienced in the planning, engineering, design and construction of mine bulk earthworks and roadworks
  • Ability to undertake 2&1 FIFO roster Ex Perth
  • Current drivers licence
