Engineering Apprenticeship (Mechanical)

Skillinvest on behalf of a local Horsham business are seeking applications for a highly motivated person keen to kick start their career in the Engineering field. Mechanical engineering tradespersons fits and assembles parts and subassemblies made from metal and other materials to maintain and repair production machinery and other equipment. The work of fitters can be divided into three main areas: marking out work to be done, assembling and installing machines, and maintaining and repairing them. The successful applicant will undertake Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitter & Turner).

This is an excellent opportunity to learn while you work in a supportive environment with a well-established local employer.
