Exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Manager to join a leading property company

You will be responsible:

  • Manage multiple residential buildings across Sydney
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Possess a very high level of customer service and maintain relationships with committee members, key stake holders, contractors
  • Identify and assess building issues on site
  • Handling tenancy enquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the team regarding any property and defect management functions
About you:
  • Ideally 10-15 years experience in residential Building Management 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
  • Previous experience in a managerial role
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong communicator
