As an application based Solution Architect you will work w/ the architecture & planning teams to manage the programs architecture to group standards.

A large global consultancy working on-site with one of the Big 4 Australian banks.

About the role

As a Application Based Solution Architect, you will:

  • Use your tech experience (Java and/or C#.NET) to develop solution aligned to domain architecture while working to maximise and re-use current assets
  • Advise and influence stakeholders on appropriate solution architecture
  • Develop solution architectures and associated documents (eg. TCP, TCD, HLSD) and ensure it responds to both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Articulate the architectural concepts through modelling and communicating models to stakeholders
  • Guide the architectural design

To be successful in this role your CV will highlight much of the following:

  • 10+ years of similar architecture experience with a history of working for banking clients
  • Demonstrated experience of building deliverables
  • Experience using a variety of methodologies (SDLC/PMLC templates)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience of strong documentation skills
