CJN Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team based in Capalaba. This position is full time, permanent and requires an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic combined with the ability and skill to oversee new builds and book subcontractors/suppliers/materials. High attention to detail and good communication skills are a must for this role. The position is only open to candidates who have worked in a similar position as minimal training will be provided.

You will have a trade background, previous demonstrated experience working as a site supervisor, current driver's licence and white card. A tertiary qualification is not essential but is a distinct advantage.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Liaising with Construction Manager, Office Staff & Maintenance Supervisor
• Liaising with Subcontractors, Suppliers & Clients
• Booking in trades & materials
• Managing multiple builds simultaneously
• Assisting with purchase orders when necessary
• Use of company programs (Buildertrend & iAuditor knowledge would be highly beneficial)
• Driving to multiple job sites daily
• Inspecting & identifying maintenance/defects as required (you may be required to be on the tools in some instances)
• Completing Practical Completion defects
• Ability to follow procedures

• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards
• Sound knowledge of Building Code Australia Standard
• Ability to communicate and organise effectively
• Clean presentation & strong attention to detail
• Sound paperwork & administrative skills
• Sound computer/technology skills.
