The Company

I am working with a mid sized manufacturer who are market leaders in the industrial chiller market. They are successfully competing against large multi-nationals, and have developed a very reputable brand in the Australian market. They have grown throughout COVID, and are now looking to build on that growth by expanding their sales team.

The Role

  • Promote their range of Chiller equipment throughout mining, agricultural, commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase revenue across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure you provide up to date technical solutions.
  • Become your customers trusted advisor through delivering complete specialised long-term engineered solutions.
  • Seek and develop new opportunities with new ideal clients.
The Candidate:
  • Previous sales experience selling Chillers is highly regarded.
  • Have exposure to HVAC / Refrigeration markets
  • A solid track record of sales achievements.
  • An understanding of Client Account Management and Business Development.
  • Knowledge of the Queensland Mining Industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player that’s reliable and enjoys working in a high-performance team culture.
  • Candidates with a mechanical qualification highly regarded.
