We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer - RF to join our Advisory Business in Adelaide

To support the conduct of modelling and simulation trials

  • Collating and analysing scientific and technical intelligence on potential threat systems
  • Identifying the susceptibility of ADF aircraft to these threat systems
  • Identifying the vulnerabilities of the threat systems
  • Developing countermeasures for ADF aircraft against the threat systems
  • Validating the effectiveness of the countermeasures.

To be successful in the role of Senior Engineer - RF your area of expertise include, but are not limited to;
  • Modelling and Simulation of airborne countermeasure development.
  • Characteristics and performance of RF radar systems and technologies, sensors and trackers, off-board and on-board countermeasures
  • Signal processing
  • Electronic Warfare
  • Experience leading small teams of technical staff.
  • Ability to understand schematic diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of the ISO 9000 quality system.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, multi task and work under pressure.

You will be required to hold or have recently held NV2 Australian Security Clearance
