CSG Talent have partnered with the undisputed world leader in process products and systems for the Industrial sector, servicing many industries including food, chemical, steel, pharmaceutical energy and paper.

This global organisation have experienced expansive growth in recent times and are looking to add TWO Sales Engineers to their Victoria operation.


About the role

  • Solve customers problems and identify market opportunities
  • Continuously seek new applications where technology can be implemented in clients process
  • Provide technical support for customers
  • Diagnose industrial process equipment on-site, analyse customer control systems and make appropriate integration decisions
  • Generate technically accurate quotes in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Train customers, sales staff, and partner suppliers on new system technologies
  • Organise technical demonstrations at customer sites
  • Work closely with the systems specialists (colleagues) in Australia and also those from around the world
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers


Experience and Skills Required

  • Knowledge of pressures, flows, velocity etc
  • Engineering or technical degree (electro-mechanical by preference, or similar by experience) desirable
  • Good knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written) is a must
  • Knowledge of: Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components used in systems for industrial fluid handling beneficial
  • Excellent trouble shooting, analysis and diagnostic skills on system based equipment
  • Strong computer skills including competency with MS Office
  • Able to travel to country Victoria for up to a week at a time
  • Self motivated and able to manage your own time
