CJN Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team based in Capalaba. This position is full time (Mon-Fri), permanent and requires an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability and knowledge to identify defects, arrange the corresponding trades and who has the skills to attend to minor defects themselves (carpentry, gyprock and painting). The position is only open to candidates who have worked in Construction previously as minimal training will be provided.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Inspecting & identifying maintenance/defects as required (you will be required to be on the tools)
• Assisting & completing Practical Completion defects
• Booking in trades
• Liaising with Clients & Subcontractors
• Assisting Site Supervisors, Office Staff & Director when required
• Rectifying defects as required.
• Driving to multiple job sites daily

Requirements as per below:

• Qualified Carpenter
• Sound knowledge of the QBCC Standard Tolerances & Guidelines
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards
• Sound knowledge of Building Code Australia Standard
• Ability to communicate and organise effectively
• Clean presentation & strong attention to detail
• Sound paperwork & administrative skills
• Sound computer/technology skills.
• Drivers Licence
