The Role

An opportunity currently exists for a highly energetic Carpenter to join our Building Projects Team in Underdale. The environment will suit a results driven 'all-rounder' who has a practical outcome driven approach and a strong client focus.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this dynamic role is responsible for completing carpentry works as required on multiple sites along with helping with other suitable tasks to achieve job completion, arranging materials and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget. The primary objective of this role is to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this challenging but rewarding role you will require:
  • Experience as a building professional or building trade background
  • Experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
  • Experience with plasterboard and flushing is a benefit
  • Previous experience in self site management
  • A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • A flexible attitude and possible working times
