About the role:

• Use ArchiCAD to prepare and complete architectural drawings within designated time frames
• Ensure all drawings are completed accurately to reflect customer requirements and in accordance with building standards
• Ensure that all relationships with internal departments, external customers, suppliers, and contractors are maintained and improved
• Ensure databases are accurately updated

• A Diploma of Building design or equivalent tertiary education
• Must have ArchiCAD Residential Drafting experience, preferably with a volume builder
• Strong understanding of residential code requirements
• Be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage own workflow without the need for close supervision
• 2-3 + years' experience working for a Victorian residential builder

Gratifying salary depending on experience
