Jupps Floorcoverings is a family-run business operating across Western Australia. They offer their customers a wide range of floor coverings, carpets, tiles, and blinds for both residential and commercial purposes. They are seeking a Commercial Estimator for their Karratha store to support the commercial team.

Fully paid relocation, including housing, maintained and serviced vehicle, a fuel card, phone, and a flight back to Perth once per year (if required).

About You

As an experienced Commercial Estimator, you will provide a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will need recent commercial estimating experience with a strong track record of successfully winning and managing projects. You will have;

• Extensive knowledge of floor coverings 
• Experience measuring and quoting in commercial industries
• The ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• The understanding the commercial bidding process

The Role

Your primary focus will be to liaise with and build strong relationships with stakeholders, whilst reviewing business plans and providing accurate and timely estimation quotes and tender details.

Your duties will include;

• Providing design and flooring advice for all floor covering needs including carpet, laminate, timber, luxury vinyl, tiles, and blinds
• Interpreting requirements from tenders, orders, drawings, and plans
• Prepare quotations in the commercial industry
• Estimating project cost including time, materials, labour etc
• Consult with clients on a project scope
