JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. 


Requirements – The resource will need

  1. Provide support on-site and virtual next-day support during the migration phases
  2. 'Contact centre' type experience – log tickets, update tickets, take/make calls to the User community
  3. Great language skills. Can communicated clearly in written and verbal situations
  4. Great attitude and aptitude
  5. Good working knowledge of iOS (most or our devices are iOS) and Android device OSes
  6. Experience with Mobile Device Management products in an Enterprise environment. We use BlackBerry UEM (Unified Endpoint Management)
  7. Some experience with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange migration end-user support
  8. Experience in Enterprise environments
