Seeking a carpenter/ Handy person to carry out Maintenance duties across numerous client sites in and around the Melbourne region, works will include general maintenance (general carpentry/ Handyperson duties) and gardening maintenance at client sites

THE SELECTION CRITERIA IS:

• Experience as a Maintenance Carpenter/ Handyperson
• Works include- general maintenance/ Handyperson duties (maintenance repairs and checks) as well as at times assist with Garden Maintenance tasks (mowing, hedging, gardening etc)
• Have own hand tools- (ie hand tools, battery set)
• Able to work unsupervised using a scope of works/ site plans
• Must have a smart phone to access job management system

Licences / requirements - As per government & our client requirements you must:

• Be willing to undergo a Company Police check yearly
• Hold/ get your own paid working with children check (P not V)
• Have a flu shot in the last 12 months before starting(with a vaccination certificate)
• Construction card
• Current manual driver’s licence (Company vehicles are manual)
