Applicants should have good skills in maintenance repairs, including:
- Plaster repairs, cornice and setting.
- Carpentry skills, door locks, stairs, handrails.
- Roof and gutter repair/replacement.
- Painting.
- Light plumbing.
- An eye for detail in the finished product.
- Good communication skills.
- Mindful work ethics.
- Suitable vehicle.
- Own tools.
Subcontractor hourly rate ($35-$40) with super. Paid weekly.
Current relevant work experience in this field is required.
This job requires suitable experience but is not gender-specific.
