JOB DESCRIPTION

A government organisation is looking for an IAM Engineer. This is a contract that will run up to the end of June with possible extension. It is mainly working from home with occasional working from the office in Sydney CBD.

The role will be responsible for supporting governance and maintenance of the system, compliance with document control standards, as well as general administrative duties to support team success. In addition, there is project work as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the growing IAM team managing the core technologies powering the IAM infrastructure and be in on the ground floor as the team upgrades the entire IAM architecture.
  • The IAM team is responsible for creating and operating the IAM program and establishing standards for delivering enterprise-wide Identity, access control, enterprise directory, and authentication services for the entire Department.
  • The individual will participate as a member of a passionate, highly skilled, collaborative team devoted to the design, implementation and operation of mission critical IAM Services, as well as other administrative applications and tools.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting Identity and Access Management technologies, such as SailPoint, OKTA, multi-factor authentication
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), Policies Certifications for governance compliance, Life Cycle Events (LCM), least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts
  • Experience supporting SSO/MFA for various web/Custom Applications, Cloud Based (Sales Force, Service Now) and SAP applications
  • Document User guides and training material to support development & deployments tasks.
  • Assist with solution, design, build, implement and test IAM.
  • Experience with SailPoint, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM), Custom Workflows, Custom Connectors, etc.
  • Experience in documenting User guides and training material to support development & deployments tasks
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, AWS and Federation Services.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and produce work products independently.
  • Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond to change quickly.
  • Experience troubleshooting IAM Solutions in a production environment.
  • Experience in configuring Identity Federations with Cloud Apps in the Federal sector (e.g., Google Apps, Amazon Web Services, etc.)
  • Able to start ASAP
