About the role

We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer who can take ownership and work with limited direction to service each uniquely configured site. Whilst part of the major transformation will be national roll out of an unified communications platform, initially this role will be IT operations and support of the existing IPTel and PABX systems. With many sites and hospitals having their own IPTel systems, it means this role will work a cross a wide range of vendor product including the following:

Required technical skills and experience include administering, managing, and supporting one or more of the following:

• Siemens, Alcatel, Avaya, Nortel, Cisco and other IPTel/PABX systems, etc
• Experience in networking management, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Management and operations of enterprise IPTel networks
