Michael Page are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a successful, family owned construction company who have a very healthy work book for projects in 2021 and 2022. Projects include commercial/industrial, education (schools and universities), and government projects (including defence).

Our client is a privately owned, family run business. The company owners place high value on ethics, and treat their subbies, suppliers and employees as they would want to be treated. As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a Site Manager to their team who is able to run projects autonomously and deliver great quality work.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Day to day management of subbies
• Quality and safety control
• Liaising with clients
• Forward programming

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• QBCC Site supervisor licence
• Track record delivering projects in the $1-10m range
• Stable work history with average tenure per employer 3+ years
• Intermediate or better computer literacy
