Things we’ll trust you with

  • Lead the development and implementation of branch Project Delivery Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Lead and supervise the key capital works projects as a Project Manager.
  • administer contracts in the delivery of works projects in accordance with the conditions of contract as the Superintendent's Representative.
  • Provide guidance to develop technical knowledge and skill of subordinate engineers and officers.
  • Effective reporting of operational and business performance and improvement opportunities.

The boxes you’ll tick

  • Degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) or ability to obtain registration within a 12 month period
  • C Class Drivers License
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of road infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage engineering and construction issues in the delivery of road and drainage infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience and capability in the administration and management of civil construction works contracts as Superintendent or Superintendent’s Representative
  • Possess ability to communicate and deal with people at all levels and to make prompt reliable decision within the bounds of allocated responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, provide timely advice for corrective actions and implement such effectively
