About The Role

Join our Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical team on a permanent full time basis. Reporting to the Team Lead Aircraft Maintenance, you will execute maintenance within the bounds of the authority level delegated by the Airbus Part 145 Maintenance Organisation. You will be required to conduct maintenance in accordance with the relevant regulations, Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) (or equivalent) and all other maintenance procedures. You will also be required to provide support to 6AVN personnel with shift work, overtime, deployment, call back and standby.

About You

The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include:

  • Cert IV in Aeroskills or equivalent issued by a Registered Training Organisation
  • High-Level aviation airworthiness regulatory knowledge and it's applicability in the relevant environment
  • Understanding of relevant aircraft maintenance documentation and practices
  • Experience in an Approved Maintenance Organisation environment
  • Knowledge of and experience using Interactive Electronic Technical Publications
  • Knowledge of and experience using CAMM2 preferred but not essential
  • Hold a DASR issued B1.3 MAML desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
