JOB DESCRIPTION

About The Role
  • The go-to person for the key enterprise customer
  • Troubleshoot based on data investigation and analysis
  • Manage key stakeholders and provide status update until the problem is resolved
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to escalate issues which require further investigation
  • Turn around requests based on the SLA timelines
  • Write technical notes, application notes, case studies, knowledge base entries, and solutions for the Support Portal.
About You
  • Strong exp with network security technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, HTTP/S and Encryption gateways.
  • Proven exp with systems installation, troubleshooting, configuration & administration on UNIX/Linux and Windows­ based systems.
  • Prior experience of working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Active Directory/LDAP experience.
  • Knowledge of DLP, Layers 4-7.
  • Good understanding of cloud apps and services.
  • ‘Customer first’ mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exp with Zendesk or similar support tools.
