About the role
Due to sustained growth we are seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who can run projects fairly autonomously, working with clients, Architects and Builders.

This role is a development role, the ideal scenario would be this position leading towards becoming an Associate and in time even a company partner. 

About the candidate

Ideally you will have:

• At least 5-10 years of Structural Design Engineering experience, with a significant amount of this locally
• Team leading experience would be ideal but some form of mentoring experience as a minimum requirement
• Ability to run projects with minimal supervision
• Degree qualified
• Excellent communication skills including report writing
• Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
• Demonstrated understanding of Engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
