Your Role


Join our expanding technical consultancy to help us reach our next stage of global growth. You'll be exposed to the latest technical platforms and have the opportunity to support and influence adoption and use across the business. We're looking for a Technical Operations Engineer with expertise in end user device management. This internal role requires a combination of technical engineering, sys-admin, support and internal consulting/communication abilities.


Our consultants are tasked with delivering technical excellence for the largest companies in the world. Our globally diverse team work across multiple OS and SaaS platforms and have to be able to deliver and collaborate at pace, with confidence, efficiency and resiliency across Back Office, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Talent and Marketing.


Responsibilities:


  • Deploy and support Endpoint Management platform and tooling.
  • Establish and support end user device hardening procedures.
  • Support, administer and improve company IT systems integration, across laptop and SaaS.
  • Support and maintain office networking hardware.
  • Ensure compliance across IT and Information Security controls.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal technology and IT issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and end-user problems.
  • Execute and improve company IT and compliance procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of assets and users.
  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Skills/Experience:


  • Expertise in a combination of either:
    • Jamf administration
    • InTune administration
    • O365 administration
    • Google Workplace administration
  • Good understanding of;
    • SaaS administration and security practices.
    • Endpoint technologies such as Jamf or InTune.
  • Analytical skills to perform technical and functional analysis with strong communication skills.
  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player with excellent relationship building capability.
  • Flexible and comfortable to work with ambiguity and driven to achieve.
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining laptops (Windows and Mac), including provisioning and patching.

  • Agile software delivery lifecycle.
  • A good understanding of API and Cloud and Application Identity Management.
  • At least one development language (e.g Powershell or Python) and testing framework.
  • Exposure to general Information Security practices such as ISO27001, NIST and OWASP
