An exciting opportunity exists for a Graduate Electrical/Hydraulic Engineer to join our Implementations Team based in North Sydney, NSW.

As a Graduate Electrical/Hydraulic Engineer you will be responsible for Project managing Community Energy Network installations and other services within new and existing buildings. 

You’ll learn a lot, but you’ll also need to be able to stand up for your own ideas when the time comes.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Undertaking investigations, inspection and assist project managers in scoping and verification activities.

· Undertake appropriate financial management to ensure the required profitability, invoicing and reporting requirements are achieved.

· Source material & resource quotations and liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors.

· Liaise with clients, project teams and management.

· Attend site inspections and meetings.

· Facilitate the accurate update and maintenance of market systems and internal business systems.

· Provide technical support relating to the design of embedded network systems within new developments.

· Contribute, improve and maintain our Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) policies & procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will be:

· A natural team player, inquisitive and enjoy dissecting and tackling hard problems

· Have outstanding written and oral communications skills

· Have an affinity for attention to detail.

· Be an adept user of information systems, especially Excel.

· Hold a degree qualification in Electrical/Hydraulic Engineering (Preferred)

· Project management expertise and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage outsourced sub-contractors

· Familiarity with electricity supply infrastructure, including CTs, switchboards, metering and distribution networks.

· Current drivers license
