This is one of the best Machine Vision Engineer roles on the market. Our client's purpose is to integrate Machine/Computer Vision software and hardware solutions to provide accurate and timely information to their client's equipment. We are looking for a strong programmer, in C, C++, C#, Python etc.. , as a lot of thier products are bespoke and need customation.

Your day will never get boring, as there is a range of Integration projects with Machine Vision along with robot programming and automation projects.

Education / Skills and experience

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or/ Electrician Trade Certificate plus Electrical Engineering Certificate
• Machine Vision and PC programming skills - C, C#, C++, and Python
• Previous experience using HALCON highly regarded
• Working knowledge of sensing technologies, image processing, and their application to projects. These include advanced sensing technologies such as X-Ray, CT, and hyperspectral imaging
• Must have strong mechanical comprehension skills
• An excellent level of written and verbal communication
• Must have strong integration skills and experience integrating Machine Vision solutions
• Must hold current Australian Drivers Licence
