ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A well-known reputed elite boutique builder delivering $5mil+ tier 3/tier 4 commercial and high-end single site projects across Melbourne's most prestigious suburbs--Toorak, South Yarra, Hawthorn, and Kew for their private clients. Their work is all one-off architecturally designed homes $1mil-$9mil+ consisting of bespoke residential dwellings with internal finishes--new home constructions | large scale renovation | extension projects | Semi Commercial Fitouts, New Builds & Renovations.

THE ROLE:
Due to growth, tenders being won - this has created an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team delivering projects up to $5mil+. 

With a inner east head office location, completed work includes Semi Commercial Projects including --> Private Secondary Education Projects --> Large Hospitality Projects --> Semi Commercial/High-End Residential Projects

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Reporting into the Project Manager -- Supervise all work onsite for semi commercial/high-end residential, educational and community projects
• Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines. Driving a job from start-to-completion
• Manage & negotiate with sub-contractors. While coordinating their presence onsite.
• Ensure projects are built to specifications, legal requirements & meet council laws.
• Monitor and confirm that ETS are within budgeted parameters

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must have minimum 3+ years working for a Tier 3/4/high end multi residential builder on local projects
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in build & construction
