Programmed are looking to engage a Building Project Manager to scope and coordinate several packages of work involving upgrades and refurbishments for our clients onsite facilities

This is a short term role for approximately 4 months starting in the next few weeks. Applicants will need to have the relevant experience in the refurbishment of buildings and structures, plus be able to pass a site access medical.

• Scope up work packages

• Conduct tender preparations

• Report writing

• Preparing budgets and estimating

• Coordinate site inspections

• Concept design input
