The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Construction or Building Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.
As the Western Region Building Manager you will be the connection between office and construction site teams in the Western Regions. You will form part of the leadership team and will create an environment for all building staff that allows the team to succeed through the implementation of efficient, effective and innovative practices and systems to deliver the dream of home ownership.
You will oversee the construction team and manage the planning of resources through structured workforce planning, performance management and recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders
- Managing the workflow of suppliers and trades
- Forecast reporting
- KPI reporting and analysis
- Ensuring supplier base can accommodate workflow
- Driving Workforce planning sessions
- Ensuring all performance solutions are kept up to date
- Partnering with the Supply Chain Analyst to administer performance management of suppliers
Your skills and experience
As an experienced Construction Manager you will have a proven ability in Project Management. You will be able to collaborate with and influence others to positively drive results.
You will also be:
