Position in a nutshell:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the primary focus of this role is to secure new business and manage a portfolio of tier 1 / 2 / 3 builders, working closely with their PM's, Site Managers and CA's to deliver on high value projects. You will be working in a small team with further shared services to assist in complex projects

Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 years in a similar sales / account management position specifically from within the building materials industry - open to any interior / decorative product
Strong long term relationships with key individuals (PM's, Site Mgr, CA's, Procurement) within tier 1, 2 or 3 commercial builders (critical)
Strong relationship management and new business skills
Ability to deal with demanding customers
Have historically won projects across the multi-res, commercial, hospitality and retail sectors
