The Systems Engineer, Microsoft 365 and SCCM, is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 Enterprise mobility and Security, Intune and SCCM.

Position Responsibilities;

• Work stakeholders to define systems requirements and technology goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Conduct research on technology for input into business cases and recommendations.
• Assist in defining and architecting and implementing cloud strategies and infrastructure
• Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to acquire products and services.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes, and service records.
• Provides technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
• Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution, checking that they are managed in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
• Security by design.

The successful candidate

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills and attributes;

• Solid experience in deploying, configuring and supporting Intune, EMS and SCCM
• Experience in developing and improving end user computing experiences.
• Experience in implementation and support of virtualised environments
• Experience in adoption of O365, Exchange Online, AzureAD
• Experience with Cloud Implementation (Azure and M365)
• Experience with automated deployment, configuration and scripting tools
• Solid experience working with Windows Server, SCCM, Active Directory and Group Policies
• Solid experience configuring and maintaining enterprise server and network hardware.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and resolution skills
• Excellent ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solution.
