About the Role:

Reporting to the State Manager QLD/NT/WA you will be leading the Estimating function across the three states and be the focal point for all tendering and proposals across major civil/wastewater and remediation projects.

About You:

The role is a key part of the continued expansion of Enviropacific across QLD/NT/WA. As such we are looking for an energetic Estimating professional with a track record of delivering major projects whilst working in a forward-thinking organisation.

To be considered for this position you need:
  • Extensive Estimating experience in Civil/Wastewater/Remediation industries across Australia;
  • A track record of identifying contract risks (delays, variations, and practical completion requirements);
  • Exposure to and understanding of construction contracts and subcontracts and be contractually savvy with the ability to leverage from their experience and education;
  • The ability to work in a fast past, multi-tasking environment, whilst keeping a level-head and always maintaining the highest levels of professionalism;
  • Initiative and a great attitude and work ethic, who is prepared to support the team, learn, develop, and progress their skills and career;
  • The ability to source & maintain subcontractor and supplier procurement processes, rates, and relevant documentation, including assisting the preparation of subcontracts on award of projects;
  • Excellent communication skills in particular the ability to adapt your approach when dealing with a wide range of people in a variety of situations; and
  • Experience working with Expert Estimator or similar software.
