About the role;

The Operational Technology Security Engineer will report directly inot the CISO and will be responsible for managing, delivering enhanced cyber security capabilities across OT environments globally

You will govern OT security, including oversight and delivery of key projects under the Cyber Security Program with the ability to see the big picture and turn this into achievable outcomes and realisation of risk reduction.

You will have strong OT security expertise and understand how technology decisions impact the organisation

Day to day responsibilities include;

• Key objectives executed within the cyber program relating to OT security
• Drive improvement of cyber security maturity in OT environment - best practice
• Work closely with senior leadership and external vendors to scope requirements, develop and execute plans for OT
• Assist with leading and advising technical and non-technical OT security project delivery
• Plan implementation & improvements to security controls by evaluating network and security technologies
• Provide governance over consistent security related processes (endpoint security, vulnerability management, security monitoring)
• Communicate current state controls and security maturity

A successful candidate will possess;

• Minimum 3 years experience in OT environment and 5 years across Cyber Security
• Strong understanding of cyber security architecture, network security (LAN, WAN, VLAN, MPLS) and database, OS and spplication security
• Established understanding of OT/ICS security principles, cyber threat, risks, information security frameworks and standards (IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82)
• Prior experience with core security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, network and host IDS/IPS, remote access, encryption, secure protocols, data protection, IAM solutions, vulnerability scanners and anti virus solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to produce and deliver progress reports
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload and organise teams in fast paced environments
