Your new company
Our client is a reputable Tier 3 Commercial builder specialising in a diverse range of Commercial Project’s including Health, Aged Care, Education, Commercial and Apartment projects to the value of $20M.

Due to recently won projects, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager to come on board to work across 2 projects within close proximity of each other.

Your new role

• Scheduling Trades
• Writing up project schedule / program
• Conducting toolbox meetings, ensuring OH&S standards and quality standards are met at all times
• Liaising with stakeholders - Sub Contractors, Office Team
• Advising on any design issues as the build progresses
• Coordinating trades on site and working alongside your PM to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• A trade qualification or degree relevant to construction
• You will have delivered a number of Commercial Projects from start to finish.
• Basic computer skills will also be desired in order to communicate with all stakeholders.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Site Manager role will be needed to succeed.
• Strong communication, time management & attention to detail are essential for this role
