Painting Estimator required for commercial/industrial painting and decorating business.

Your new company

• Due to increased growth my client is looking for a Estimator to join their close knit team located in Pymble.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator within the construction industry to join a commercial/industrial painting and decorating business based along the North Shore train line.

Your new role

• You will be responsible for all aspects of Estimating and tendering for new projects
• Drive new business
• Management of budgets/cost centres
• Producing sales and production estimates
• Preparing scope of works and tender submissions
• Assisting the Production Manager in maintaining a smooth workflow across multiple projects, site inspections and client relations

What you'll need to succeed

• Industrial/Commercial painting experience
• Extensive knowledge, experience and connections within the commercial building & construction industry.
• Current drivers licence & reliable vehicle
• Previous site supervision and team lead experience
• Ability to maintain a smooth workflow throughout multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preparing tender submissions and scopes of works
• Producing sales and production estimates
• Management of budgets and cost centres
